Pros

Dynamic and ever-changing environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded. Lots of opportunities to grow within the business. Sometimes long hours, but the people, pay and benefits outweigh the work/Life balance yo-yo.

Cons

Have to be open to relocating for continued development.

The managers are a big 0. Usually they are not qualified to be managers but they just do it because no other company will place them as managers. From my experience usually all the good employees with real skills goes away from this company. They are promoting depending the empathy to the employee and not directly evaluating the skills. Usually if the manager does not want to do a favor or has bad news for you usually they say "Yah, Germany took decision", which is always a lie. Being in the management team, I heard things that should be illegal, about employees and how to treat them. Usually you are always under stress because your phone rings 24/7 and you are obligated to answer. There is no mental day off and usually the reason is "oh we are understaffed we are searching for more people", which was always the case. Bad HR, with wrong payments to employees, and you need to apologise to everyone. Bad communication with employees. This company should be strict and follow rules, but apparently everyone is doing whatever.
