Pros

Yes, they expect you to always do overtime- then will gaslight you if you don’t. I remember an January, New Years overtime working in the weeds of the night til 2am it expects you to stay happily making no commission cause you have to give away cars. You talking trolling to see if you stayed til 2. Worse job ever! Management was rude- always talking about employees in the office and bringing in other supervisors to laugh at you on camera. Fake promises with the commish - do not work at the LAX office!!!
