      Room for growth is available, can work your way up.

      Cons

      Raises are nonexistent when in a management position. Asked for raise every year during yearly performance and they kept giving me the run around. I continued to hear that I do good job but never gave monetary incentive. That in itself demonstrated how much they appreciated their employees who worked there for several years.
