Amazing company / fantastic fleet / great commission / good pay / good brand image / best reputation amongst competitors

Cons

Poor management / poor analysis of business at Gatwick / loss of revenue due to poor decisions / short term goals as opposed to long term / difficult for sales staff to progress unless you are a brown noser / manager and assistant manager vision was poor / supervisor was not strong enough to carry out managements dirty work.
