Pros

If you are a people person, customer service focused and have the ability to sale. This is an opportunity that can catapult you into a better place. It comes with challenges but if your strong minded and know your worth it could be a lucrative situation or a stepping stone to something greater.

Cons

Customers can make the job tougher then what it needs to be. There are constant changes in pay structure. There is a lot of churn on all levels from agents to management on the retail side. Which makes me believe that they don't have the employees best interest when making corporate decisions.

Pros

1) Travel opportunities in pre-corona days 2) Smart co-workers 3) Home pickup and drop facilities 4) Good compensation and benefits

Cons

1) Incompetent managers (IMO, the biggest con) 2) Technical problems are not challenging enough, atleast in Bangalore center. 3) Politics and lack of transparency
