The vision, opportunities, health benefits, company vehicle.

Cons

Salary, consistency, lack of support, no encouragement, favoritism, pathetic performance reviews, no personal development. Angry employees due to pay out structure. Way too many long term and good employees left the company and there is a reason. Absolutely no work life balance - 24/7 on call!
