      Pros

      Since starting with Sixt nearly 10 years ago, I have been able to work my way through the company in a variety of roles, across the UK and the roles have enabled to enhance, build my knowledge and become more confident. I have much more understanding on people management, growing a business and achieving KPIs.

      Cons

      Paternity could be improved for me.
