Pros

They have very good structure. Quality environment to work: Nice cars, nice uniforms, good benefits.

Cons

Could be more competitive with incentive plan more comparable to Avis, Alamo.

Pros

Working on the modern stack isn't too bad. The cantina is pretty decent. Car lease rates can be excellent.

Cons

If you aren't one of the chosen few, you will find no upward path in this company. Profit sharing is total rubbish. In a year when the family increased it's net worth by over a billion, and received $70M in dividends, total bonus payments to employees were $30-50M (standard 10%). Even as an employee, I had trouble with 75-80% of the rentals I made. Many incompetent employees spread around many departments. No communication about what is happening. The offices suck and they refuse to put in any A/C.

Pros

Learn a lot of different cars and how they operate. The company offer training offsite. All the informations that needed to be find are on Sixtbook and easy to find.

Cons

Employees are not following companies policies and are 90% late managers never do anything about it. I see to much favoritisms the more I work I get screw instead of helping me out I noticed he expect me to work harder and allow the lazy employees rest. When it come to checking cars in I am busy he expect me to do more not wanting to help and just walk away. I am also fully aware that most of the higher ups that manage the West Coast area had power trip as well., they have no regards to wanting to retain employees which such a shame.
