      Pros

      Sixt promotes creativity and diversity of thought. If you join this team, you will be encouraged (and expected) to think outside the box.

      Cons

      Not really a "con," but being so new to the U.S., there are many policies and procedures in need of updating or being created. To me, this excites and motivates me, knowing that I have the opportunity to be involved in building an even stronger organization.

We also recently revamped our benefits and continually work to improve them, so we are glad to hear you are enjoying them. Our IT team definitely works hard to resolve issues, but we are continually improving our ability to quickly resolve remote IT issues as well. We wish you continued success here at SIXT!
