Great company to work for

Pros

Meet lots of cool and interesting people. Hard work pays off Good money Great trainers I’ve learned a lot working here. Very good experience

Cons

As an RSA in the airport it can be hard staying positive dealing with other elements that have nothing to do with your sales. Co workers picking and choosing and getting lost a lot, favoritism, and being deducted for CES surveys which only have 30% to do with what I’m actually responsible for when it comes to service. The schedule is hard to maintain a consistent lifestyle and balance. Because the hours changing and the days. But the hours Are ok with me. Just saying.
