- Great pool of talent to learn from all over the world. - Top-notch tech and platform. - Freedom to push ideas w/o checking your title. - Average-competitive salary & benefits - New CEOs have shown they care about employees and have a good vision for the company.

Cons

- Although the Tech department is quite Tech-oriented. All the rest of the departments are very much "old-way" which makes it sometimes difficult to drive topics that involve them. - There's no super established career path to grow if you need one. - Tech is distributed in 3 locations, with different working cultures, sometimes creating disputes/disagreements. - The office is quite far from the city.

Sixt has a good mindset, some nice challenges to solve

Cons

Lack of communication between management and low-level employees. Still has many things running on COBOL or PHP. Getting a promotion is difficult. On-call rotation might affect your work-life balance

- awesome tech department that follows the latest technology - friendly and supportive colleagues - freedom and easy to take any ownership or responsibility - cool projects like mobility, AI-based projects, and so on - very big team with 3 locations - good career opportunities in IC track and also Management path - new and cool offices

Cons

- organization change for each 1-2 years - sometimes too fast and dynamic to follow things
