Could be better

Pros

There is room to learn a lot of skills that will get you more money somewhere else. You get to take a bag of coffee beans for free weekly. Very slightly above minimum wage.

Cons

Very little tips, this might not be important for some people but with the skills you need to do the required tasks as a Starbucks Barista you could be earning more through tips almost anywhere else, their slightly above average minimum wage and coffee benefit doesn't cover even 5% of the gap. The workload is extreme, it's absolutely normal to work 8 hours non-stop making drinks, managing your work station and communicating with coworkers all while handling random customer questions and requests.
