Pros

Guaranteed hours Free drinks Spotify ASU Tbh just great perks

Cons

Culture My first store was amazing everyone was supportive management was great really put effort into creating a team I moved cities and transferred stores and was miserable. Unfortunately the management and shift leads had all been together for 10+ years they were in their 40s plus. So got the same “your gen doesn’t know how to do anything” “you guys don’t want to work” (lol while we’re at work). I wore the same dark blue jeans to work since I started. Messes happened quite often so I’d wash them often with my aprons. But one day the shift decides that it’s too light a shade a blue and if I wear them again I’ll get a write up and sent home. I got my big girl job the next week. Honestly that was my final straw. Customers aren’t looking at my jeans at the window.

Pros

- Great Benefits - Flexibility in schedule changes (it wasn’t a problem for me to move down to part-time when I got an internship for school)

Cons

- At least at my store location, working on a set schedule is reserved for shifts
