      Pros

      Very interactive environment with interesting customers when you have time to actually speak.

      Cons

      We were constantly understaffed and overworked. I had to quit for my mental health.

      Pros

      As I am aware it was good that the company provided basic insurance etc as legally required in Germany. The people I was working with at the time were very diverse and very cool apon first meeting! Seemed like a very fun and transparent work enviroment that was fast paced and a simple enough job.(Got free coffee!)

      Cons

      Looks like managment for this specific location was very terrible at communication in general. Not even providing the applicant any resources or knowledge of the proccesss, following up or anything. With years of management experience for myself I could say this could have been greatly improved. The German market is clearly not as robust as the American one as the applicant is severely in the dark when it comes to all buinsess matters expecting to find things out as they go.
