Pros

Meet lots of people, both good and bad. There can be a work-life balance, and that lingo is actually in their vocabulary. Great Benefits - they paid for my AA schooling! Free coffee, tea, food, merchandise. You do get tips weekly, but they only guarantee $.50/hour.

Cons

Depending on the store, your manager might be great, or terrible. Same goes for the Regional or Assistant SM. Early hours if you open at 4:30 AM.
