Pros

The company is great with adapting your schedule to fit school, a second job, or family responsibilities. Every six months you get a review and a raise. There are plenty of outside resources provided by Starbucks to help you succeed such as benefits for part time employees, counseling for any employee going through a rough time, cup fund dedicated to partners in need, and even tuition reimbursement for college students.

Cons

Starbucks is open very early and very late so be ready to work at 4am and as late as 1am. Starbucks is also open on holidays (Christmas is the only holiday that is optional to work). Weekends are also required of shift leads.
