      Pros

      Salary is good - it also scales with quality and quantity of your answer. Effort is valued and recognised. Bonuses are good and the company is ready to take care of you if something goes wrong.

      Cons

      There aren't many great opportunities to grow your carreer - sometimes, if feels like time spent with the company is valued more than actual abilities. Also, in some cases, staying in "lower brackets" means you can get more money, which isn't very motivating.

      The offices are cool and depending on the contract you are in, the job can be really good

      Cons

      It's risky. As it's a vendor, some contracts can be cancelled so you will be unemployed.
