      Excellent atmosphere, managers care about employees, excellent location (Barcelona), good facilities. Possibility of growth.

      Cons

      payroll team lacks a TM that is empathetic, there is exonomic mismanagement and this is due to the low resources they have. They need an automatic system and leave the excel.
