      Not a bad place to start but doesn't pay well.

      Pros

      They care about wanting to help you succeed. Nice culture. Nice people.

      Cons

      The information relayed about required procedures to take is not always consistent across all management. Oftentimes, one person says one thing when another says something else. Also, there are no raises for moving up the ranks until when you need to be licensed or if you get into a management role, so the incentive to want to move up is no longer present for me.
