Nice building, coffee machine, decent free gym

Cons

Managers are idiots or fake, facilities are coke heads, and the metrics are impossible. I’ve worked at several call centers, good and bad. But this place? Even with a pay raise I wouldn’t stay.

- Greats moments with amazing people at Voxpro before the change to Telus - Salary bonus for another language than English

Cons

- Gross Salary under the market - Targets too high without justification - Harassment - Pressure put on tenured agents - Being lured by career opportunities to push us to the limit as much as possible, but "no opportunities for you this month" - FIRED instead of redirected to another contract with agents needs. Did I say fired? No, it's a temporary lay-off announced in less than 7 minutes. That means they have the rights not to pay the agents of the contract during that time. Regarding the rents in Ireland, Telus is deliberately putting people under a bridge, with children and mortgages, without any shame.
