      Hire and Fire policy. Billing projects so you can be layedoff if it gets revamped. Very poor management.

      Since late 2023, heavy cost-cutting(By AGM Amul Verma ) has significantly impacted earnings Basic salary for sales agents is quite low, making income heavily dependent on incentives Incentive structure has become harder to achieve compared to before (previously 6–7x earning potential) Sales verification process feels inconsistent and, at times, biased Senior leadership (including AGM level) appears more focused on cost-cutting than improving employee wellbeing
