Only get this job if you’re desperate which I was due to a medical condition that wouldn’t allow me to leave my home due to covid.

If you are joining Telus from Xavient side then avoid it because Xavient is entirely focused to push their own people to Telus Management so that they can take advantage whenever they want. Nothing is wrong from Telus side but Xavient is making them fool. Long story short, Telus acquired Xavient and now holds 100% of it's stake in Xavient where Xavient Client Directors are pushing all their Yesmen, relatives and friends to higher positions when Telus is getting fooled by them.
