Pros

You could sort of work your own hour preference. That is, when work was available during that time. They did provide some access to mental health and wellness resources.

Cons

Work availability was inconsistent at best. No opportunists for advancement or even a pay raise as far as I could tell. They messed up my tax documents and it end up costing me at the end of the first full year of work. Directions and instruction on projects was vague and not particularly helpful in some cases. Communication with the company was difficult.

Great co-workers who work hard and care. Technical learning.

Cons

Very low pay below market for data work required. Positions are hourly but requests are typically last minute with no regard for personal work-life balance on a regular basis. Main leader doesn't promote environment that is comfortable and subjects employees to multiple inappropriate interactions without addressing occurrences.
