Really high stress for such low pay, impossible metrics to satisfy. Management plays favorites, and are horrible at communicating policy changes and retaining their employees. Turn over is crazy high. Due to impossible standards, stress on their agents and poor management. Also, they only promote if they like you, not if you are the most qualify for the position. And they love to demote their leaders and other positions. No job security. One last thing, There was a team lead that gave their 2 weeks notice, and management just let her go on the spot instead. Even if this team lead needed those last 2 weeks of pay. They ended up unemployed for a couple of months due to the other offer falling through. This company do not deserve a 2 weeks notice, and won't give you such respect. Stay away from this place.
