Cons

Things definitely changed when Telus International acquired Lionbridge. Inconsistent rating on feedback. One month we're told to rate certain results a specific way then it changes the next. This makes it difficult to keep high scores on feedback. Also, you can be let go at a moment's notice if you do not keep consistent high feedback scores. The possibility of being let go constantly can be stressful.
