      Nothing to say positive thing about except that some team leads are alright

      Cons

      self centered, lie about bonus systems, most team leaders and their family have taken on important positions in the project without the option of announcing an interview to allow for the possibility of growth within the company and even after switching projects, the issues continues. The only reason I stayed at this company was as I had a full contract rather than the one they offer to most people which thy can cancel without notice

      There are some well-meaning employees there.

      This organization is incredibly politically rotten to the point of extreme toxicity. There is no culture of innovation, and instead there is favoritism and lying - which is why there are numerous class action lawsuits currently active which are focused on Telus’ false claims of AI initiatives that never existed. Senior management is sexist, and there’s a culture of fear permeating the entire organization. Their customers are abandoning them left and right. Only consider a role there if you’re desperate… seriously.
