      Flexible. Work from home. choose your hours.

      Cons

      Time limit to do each task. Follow certain rules and guidelines for your work to be accepted and rules kept being added on. Set works hours. Will not be paid if you go over.

      Nice environment, they will not layd you off for no reason

      Cons

      They sell their work as S+ tier, but in general it would be a C- tier. There are a lot of junior people and even the most senior ones are not good enough. The culture of the company was lost after the sale for Willow tree and Telus International
