Absolutely no job security, Might be fired any second - RUSH RUSH RUSH - Lack of resources and huge workload - taking care of clients 120 times more than employees - not much room to grow - not a clear what the next level is

Easy to do, flexible schedule

Cons

Extreme part-time; No support system; Sadly the time managers don't read anything you send to them and make assumptions because they only follow scripts. Time team also requires unnecessary tickets because those emails aren't sent to the them, so they say.
