      Half a decade at TKE

      Company card, gas card, partial vehicle reimbursement

      Cons

      Management pushes their work load onto sales team. Year after year the company is cutting down the commission structure while salary remains the same. TKE also doesn't give raises based on cost of living. Regional management is out of touch with the business and are only worried about numbers. Constantly trying to find a way to stick a client or customer with a bill, even when the cost comes from mistakes TKE caused.

      - it is a Shared Service, so it is in the hands of the Business Partners. In the next 5 to 10 years, with all processes stabilized and capabilities well known, it won't be a cons; - management, although they try to adapt, most are from a different generation - the offices, very small and grey
