      Pros

      The company is willing to work with you with in reason. If you need to work from home or take an extended lunch, you can leave and handle your business for the most part.

      Cons

      Planning and execution of new processes and products is lack luster. Not all invested parties seem to be brought in the loop when needed, causing confusion for everyone.
