      Pros

      Remote work, a stay over from Covid is the best aspect of the role. However, with the overwhelming volume it is necessary.

      Cons

      Sales leadership made poor decisions about handling supply chain and delivery delays which decisions drastically impacted the contract negotiations. The role involves management of the contract from beginning through execution and should be titled contract manager instead of analyst. TKE experienced very high turnover (>70%) during the final year I worked there. Most everyone left because of burn out and being underpaid for the work performed.

      Autonomy with sales and business. Lucrative and great commission plan.

      Cons

      Internal departments are chaotic and pass things off without help. Selling a job can be the start of lots of headaches with internal processes.
