Cons
The company’s culture has become increasingly challenging due to poor communication, limited inclusivity, and frequent workforce reductions at both the Middleton and Byhalia facilities. A key concern is that nearly all senior leadership positions including Plant, Supply Chain, and Production Management are filled by H-1B visa holders from outside the U.S. While diverse leadership can be positive, in this case it has led to communication barriers and a lack of cultural alignment with the broader workforce. Meetings are often conducted in languages other than English, which makes it difficult for many employees to stay engaged or contribute effectively. Morale has declined, turnover is high, and the work environment feels disconnected from the needs of American employees. Significant improvements to communication, inclusion, and local leadership representation are needed.
