Sexual harassment and bullying behavior from leadership on all levels is not taken seriously here. I was a corporate employee and favoritism/gossip/bullying within teams is the norm. HR also does not take formal complaints seriously. I left my position due to feeling uncomfortable speaking to my own leader. This is the kind of environment that allows being threatened and blatantly out-loud sexually harassed with zero repercussions on male senior leaders. You will also most likely not be supported in any way in a place from the same leadership and be blamed yourself for it while favoritism on completely unqualified employees is given purely because egos are stroked and false promises are given in the moment. Employees that provide loyalty and hard work on late hours are silently pushed out during this once their need for them is met. The money looks great at first but this is not a place you want to be if you care about your career, growth or self respect.
