-Giant focus on growth/profitability to make an IPO look good for PE to make their money back. But the issue is they are straining the company of the necessary resources for this to happen. -No communication or collaboration between departments or sales/operations -Lack of focus on the customer and providing the necessary solutions to assist them. -Management with no plans to alleviate the issue. -No training for current/new hires. Have to learn by yourself -Be ready to forecast every week
