      I really can’t think of any.

      Cons

      They don’t care about your family, they don’t care about you. By far the worst company I’ve ever been part of. The leadership is full of themselves, some of those people are just plain clowns.

      Pros

      The company has good benefits (401k,medical,pto,life insurance, etc). Seniority keeps good practices in place most of the time. Overall they attempt to make the work a place of belonging

      Cons

      Since we were bought out, there has been changes that are clear the decisions is exclusively money driven. TkE has lost its culture, moral, sense of belonging due to the extremely operative and mechanical changes being adapted to SOP. The are going from a free spirited work area to a 9-5 call center. In addition their deviation from keeping the post pandemic demand of remote work will continue to flee away employees.

      Great money in NI or mod sales Lots of advancement opportunities Good Benefits Good local managers who trust you (local opinion, not true for every branch)

      Cons

      Strategy of the day Poor customer service Poor product quality (constant controller issues, lack of training for techs) No long term plan Delusional about position in the market Unwillingness to eat margin in the short run to earn business for the longterm. Don't work here unless you want to gain industry experience or they pay you a bunch of money.
