      None, really none, really really none.

      Lack of standard and basic processes, process maps of your work (how you provide value to your customer_, Leadership is seriously abysmal, Culture is the worst (Old white boys club who don't even have a clue of being professional), Everyone knows how to solve everything but go do it and its another story. I can't believe how this company makes money and exists (A lot of high up people internally say this). Look up on online how the CEO and senior leadership and leaving in droves. they make you travel like a beast of no nation all for nothing. Just to justify that you are an employee
