      Pros

      TK Elevator is a great place to work if you value a work life balance. Safety is priority #1 from the bottom to the top. The bonus structure is very transparent, and management is encouraged to help employees meet set goals. Goals are frequently reviewed, and always achievable.

      Cons

      For a technology company, TK Elevator is behind the curve on the modern workspace. A lot of efficiency is wasted by commuting, and being required to be in an office 3 or 4 days a week (depending on management). The current focus seems to be to go public, so cost is scrutinized, leading to being understaffed. There are a variety of IT systems, none of which are standardized, and a lot of efficiency is wasted working around these systems.

      Health insurance, 401k, vacation time, sick time, floating holidays and weekends off.

      Cons

      Unless you are 100% COVID immunized, they doc your pay an extra $100 on top of your bi-weekly premium payment for healthcare coverage. Pay rate is stagnant. Benefits are hum-drum (nothing really special or significant). Position could be a work from home but upper management requires an in office presence. Turnover rate causes consistency issues within different departments.

      There's so much work that you'll always have something to do and the day goes by fast.

      Cons

      Office drama, low pay, and nepotism. They haven't recovered from the pandemic. Droves of people have quit.
