The incentive plan is good, but bonuses are discretionary so the people who are the favorites get better bonuses.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to manage. You have to know someone or be related to someone to get a promotion. Hard workers are taken advantage of and those that know how to use the 'sunshine pump' are the 'golden child' and get away with murder.
