Good pay good benefits, thats about it

Cons

Horrible choice of managers and supervisors they hire kids to be field supervisors who have absolutely no experience and cannot be any help to the men. The hard working people get taken advantage of and over looked for every position but then they promote people that are bad at their jobs but put on a good show.
