Industry pay is good. The people seem to hate their lives but that is a trickle down from management.

Cons

Unintelligible organization chart. The spawn of family-industry nepotism is now becoming management. The lack of any business acumen by management. The failure to understand the most basic of economic and make forces which are at work. The total inability to leverage the amounts of data which could be brought if one of the 67 VPs read a book on sales management and CRM.
