Great training program, solid compensation and benefits.

Cons

Do not speak up. When they ask for constructive criticism don't give it. They don't actually want your opinion. Typical corporate hierarchy. Just want you to keep your head down and go along with whatever your boss(es) say regardless if you believe it to be the right thing or not.

Good industry. Solid work. Company provides good safety equipment and training commissions are fairly good. Product is offered at a good price. Service prices are expensive

Cons

Unethical management. Bonuses are paid by management discretion and are not always fair. Women are not always treated fairly and don't get promotions as equally as men
