Management does not require anything except day to day output from an employee.Not a single pie invested here for site employee's welfare & recreation.Poor management.Lot of system/formalities but not a good manager available here to run the system in track understanding the problems of site workers.Site employees die here to survive & work especially in remote areas like sikkim/agartala but management has no tendency to take care of them by providing proper benefits whereas always creates pressure about handover/targets/revenue/payment collection.Tremendously terrific working environment.If you want to die, go to sikkim/agartala as a field employee of thyssenkrupp elevator.Poor poor poor management & a selfish company.

Leadership. There is a culture of poor leaders hiring poor leaders and allowing them to ruin the morale. Far too many employees stay because they don't want the hassle of interviewing elsewhere.
