      Pros

      Great product. Other employees were helpful in teaching me the parts when I was new. Engineers helped to find alternate parts when needed. Management was friendly and casual. There wasn't a rigid hierarchy.

      Cons

      Our company was owned by a large, international corporation with the US HQ several states away. There are downsides of being owned by a larger company. At times it seemed like our group didn't matter in their big picture. On the plus side, being owned by a large corporation gave us better benefits than we might otherwise have had.

      Pros

      Good coworkers and plenty of opportunity to add to and improve one's skill set. Upper level management seems sincerely concerned with growing the company while maintaining morale of all it's employees.

      Cons

      Middle and Low Level Management appear to be more reactive rather than proactive as well as being more concerned with meeting and/or appearing to meet expectations rather than the well-being of their employees. Micromanagement to a fault.

      Great Management: Allmost al the Executive Management came from the field/operations. They have a extremely good knowledge base and easily undertand situations that arise

      Travel can be extensive at times
