My time here has been quite pleasant. The company is based on a lot of family and a who's who attitude.

The pay is pretty good for what it is that you do. You also receive bonuses yearly if your region, and twice a year if you're in the branch.

Cons

Family oriented and may need to know someone to move up in the company. Most of the family is higher ranking and they bring their immediate family on.

Flexible work schedule and good people to work with.

Cons

The benefits are very lackluster for a global company, especially compared to our global counterparts. Once you have gained enough experience, they would rather see you leave the company than pay for an experienced employee.

Pros

Good benefits and competitive salary. Aside from that, it really depends which department you work and who you work for.

Cons

You start out with a definite job description and as time goes along more and more work is piled on you which makes it very stressful. Very little chance of moving up the ladder unless you are good friends with someone in upper management and the environment can become very hypocritical.
