      Pros

      Great safe and challenging environment in a specialized industry. Great benefits, pay and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance, older style management resistant to change or progress. Not always about the happiness of the employee but rather how much money are you making them. A considerable amount of nepotism that makes advancement difficult.

      company with plenty of potential to grow a yound and ambitious new wave of recruits presence in a big number of countries

      Cons

      the company has a realy mediocre way to aproach third world country market even when they have big potential the key position are kept to spanish people. very low salaries even for third world countries

      Great flexibility and income potential. Upper management is extremely helpful with all your endeavors and gives you the tools to succeed. Love the people I worked with and the duties entailed within my region.

      Offices are typically pretty old, and in warehouses so it can get a bit depressing if you are in the office day in and day out.
