It is good platform, if you are looking yourself on the deck of sales ship , enormous growth opportunity for volunteers

Cons

Long working hours , its a field job for a fresher . you will rather be composed as a ms office who is always there to keep the sheer image of the company in his hand and meanwhile considering that the company is shrewd in financial matters certainly.

Pros

it is all inside work, not like construction where you are always in the rain hot heat or cold. Clean Restrooms.

Cons

Very small yearly raises 3 percent or less, it doesn't even make up for the cost of living increases so if you work here very long you are actually making less than you were when you started because it is costing you more to come to work and just more to live. They make big promises but never live up to them.
