Pros

Coworkers supportive and helpful, for the most part. Challenging work where company allows training if needed. Excellent benefits, good pay and hours.

Cons

Upper management doesn't get told the entire story/truth on what is happening in the lower levels. They'd be astonished if they knew how some employees were treated, how policies and procedures were not followed by there department managers/supervisors.

Great hours, pay is okay, managment can be rude. Not friendly work place. Great for someone who doesn't want to talk.

Cons

Position requires constant work. Absolutely no fridays off.
