Poor management. Management hires and supervises their relatives. Management promotes relatives and favorite employees while they are responsible for minimum work responsibilities. Beware, TKE is an unprofessional and hostile environment.

I can't think of anything except for if you need a paycheck while you look for another job...go for it.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Hires relatives so nothing gets done. Have old timers who stand in the way of progress however these are the same group of 'thug-etts' that they use to "elevate" the company! ? Laughable! Lots of clicks, lots of racial bias. VERY unprofessional environment and hostile! !! I wouldn't be surprised if TKE is bound by lawsuit against them Regarding how bad it treats employees. It's just an AWFUL and hard place to work. ..I wanted to kill myself every day of my life....you can work hard work your tail off and yet still it is not ever good enough. Definitely don't work for National Accounts because you will be harassed, bullied and persecuted daily with no mercy. ...and that is the culture of TKE!
