This is truly an industry that people or consumers need and it is also an industry with a limited talent pool. Not very many people consider this industry in their job search. You would truly have to screw up to get fired.

Cons

Customer service is sometimes out on the back burner. It's very difficult to get information to a customer based on the current flow of information. It is being updated though
