Extremely cliquish organization. Poor leadership (managers). Closed door policy. Executive/Upper level management is ignorant and out of touch with employee concerns, below the managerial level; see closed door policy.

Absolutely the worst job I have ever worked at. Management will treat you like a machine.

Nothing. Honestly, not one thing.

Cons

Minimum training, frustrated employees. Offer no customer service to their clients. They only care about how many calls a day you can take (each call is expected to be under a minute and you will have four lines that continuously ring). This is impossible if you expect to give any level of customer service to your clients.
